We offer free return and replacement for eligible products.
- Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we provide:
- Free replacement, or
- Full refund (100%)
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
- Customers must contact our support team and provide photos or video proof.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Returns for reasons like “change of mind” may not qualify for free return.
